May 4 - 11 Hoods Up Week Returns to the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum

From Monday, May 4 through Monday, May 11, visitors are invited to get a closer look under the hoods during one of the the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum's most popular special events, Hoods Up!



See the 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-cylinder engines that power some of the most innovative automobiles in history. The museum will also feature vehicles with rear-mounted, air-cooled, rotary, and sleeve-valve engines, along with cars powered by electricity and hydrogen.


Guests will not want to miss this rare chance to explore the museum’s unique collection of vehicles with engines in both the front and rear. One remarkable automobile even has two engines, one in front and one in back.


Hoods Up Week is included with regular admission and is a must-see for car enthusiasts of all kinds.
